These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the ChatAgentix platform, operated by Agent iX Ai LLC ("Company"). By creating an account or using ChatAgentix, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable Use
- You may use ChatAgentix only for lawful business purposes
- You are responsible for the content and interactions conducted through your AI Employee
- You must not use the platform to send spam, harass users, or violate applicable laws
Subscription and Billing
ChatAgentix is available on Free, Pro, Enterprise, and custom plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual Property
The ChatAgentix platform, AI models, and associated software are the property of Agent iX Ai LLC. Your data and content remain yours.
Limitation of Liability
ChatAgentix is provided "as is." The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
